Can this material be of high value? I have a chance to get my fingers on some of this rough. Am I wasting my time?

Dale, Siberian (Russian) Nephrite can vary from a few dollars (common) to a few hundred dollars (quite rare) per kilo. Without at the very least a photo there is no way to evaluate. Tom
