Group Discussion > Jade books

Hello. My father passed away in Switzerland last year. He had an amazing collection of jade books. My mother and I would like to donate them to a library in his name, perhaps in Zurich or somewhere in the U.S. I would like to find a location where the books would be most appreciated. Would anyone have a suggestion? Thank you, kindly.

Gettysburg College, a small liberal arts school in south central Pennsylvania, has a large collection of jades. Any addition of resources for research on these beautiful objects would be welcome. You can see some of our jades on our digital collection website at http://www.gettysburg.edu/library/gettdigital/asianart/index.html
All of our collections are heavily used in the curriculum. Currently a visual arts student is mounting an exhibit in the gallery featuring objects from the collection. Visual Arts faculty teach courses in Asian art history.
